Registered Nurse (RN) – Per Diem

We’re looking for a skilled and flexible Registered Nurse to join our Per Diem Team. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality care across multiple units, supporting different departments as needs arise. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide safe, effective, and compassionate care to a diverse patient population
• Float between Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, ED, and other units as needed
• Complete thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments per established protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
• Educate and support patients and families
• Document all care accurately in the electronic health record
Qualifications:
• Active RN license in Nevada
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred
• 1–2 years of acute care experience (float pool or multi-unit experience a plus)
• BLS certification required; ACLS and other certifications (required)
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
• Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed
Compensation:
• Competitive pay: $40-$45 per hour
