  • Employers can access a 30-day free trial of our system. To avoid being billed the following month, they must provide a 30-day notice to cancel their subscription.

Payment and Refunds

  • All fees for premium services are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.
  • Employers are responsible for ensuring payment accuracy.

Liability

Avowork is not liable for hiring outcomes or disputes arising from connections made on our platform.

Consent to Text Messages

By providing your phone number to Avowork, you consent to receive text messages, including promotional messages, account updates, and service notifications. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by contacting us at atavowork@gmail.com or following the opt-out instructions provided in the message.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
