Job Description

CWPC is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Medical Assistant to be the welcoming face of our busy multi-location clinics. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth front office operations and providing a positive patient experience.

As the first point of contact, the ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Flexibility to float between our Summerlin, Southwest, and Henderson locations as needed is required.

Location: Las Vegas, NV (Multiple Clinics)
• Summerlin: 401 N Buffalo Dr #202, Las Vegas, NV 89145
• Southwest: 6930 S Cimarron Rd Ste 260, Las Vegas, NV 89113
• Henderson: 8915 S Pecos Rd Suite 19A, Henderson, NV 89074

Schedule: Full-Time, Weekdays Only (No Weekends)

Compensation: Competitive; based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
• Verify insurance information and collect co-pays
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Maintain and update patient records in EMR systems
• Handle administrative tasks such as faxing, scanning, and filing
• Collaborate with clinical teams to support efficient patient flow
• Ensure front desk and waiting areas are tidy and welcoming

Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a healthcare front office or administrative setting required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and scheduling software
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional demeanor and patient-focused attitude
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between clinic sites as needed
